A readiness to respond to change and manage change within your language school has never been more essential than in these challenging times. In this course you will learn about practical tools and theoretical frameworks that will help you lead change programmes in your school, as well as supporting you in responding to change initiatives effectively. 

This course will provide you as an academic manager with the opportunity and a safe space to reflect on the new and challenging changes you may be experiencing in your school. During the course you can learn from your tutor, share with peers, find solutions and be more effective in your job as a result – to the benefit of your team and school.
