Academic Management – Teams Communication (327 GBP)

The Teams and Communication course is for Academic Managers who want to learn more about how to manage teams effectively (face-to-face and remotely) and explore issues of organisational communication.

This 6-module course covers the stages of team formation, team roles and leadership, and communication issues you may face as a manager.

The course requires a minimum English language level of C1. The course can be taken by managers working in a language school context in any department e.g. DOS, Marketing Manager, Head of Reception or School Director.
